OCS After School Winter/Spring Sports

Dear OCS Parents,

Now that the bridge is fixed JMG is excited to once again be offering afterschool mulit-sports class to both OCS North and South! JMG Coaches will pick your child up at school and escort them to the park. After class, parents have the option of picking them up there or the kids will be brought back to Boys and Girls Club.

**We are offering an Early Bird Discount which expires on January 11 before midnight**

Sports Class Make-Up/Refund/Cancellation Policy:

Each Player purchases a season based on the OCS calendar. Should JMG cancel the season entirely, a full refund or credit towards the following season will be offered. Should a class be postponed by JMG INC., extra time or dates will be added to the season and Parents will be notified. Any other missed classes by players will not be credited or refundable. 
JMG will make every effort to make up for time lost to bad weather, wildfires or other acts beyond our control on all of our programs. There will be no refunds due to time lost in these situations. JMG will consult county Air Quality and Excessive Heat Policy Guidelines. These guidelines also include a reference as to when programs will or will not continue due to Air Quality. There will be no refunds due to time lost in these situations.
Any other missed classes by players will not be credited or refundable. We are a small, local, family-owned minority business. Without a commitment from all parents, we would not be able to maintain the minimum number of participants required to compensate our coaches with a living wage and remain sustainable.
