Jocelyn has been playing basketball since she was 6 years old. She played for youth, middle school and high school teams and continued playing competitive club basketball as an adult. She was also a member of the track and field team and has been committed to health, fitness and training ever since. She received her BA in psychology from UCSD and continued her studies to specialize in mental performance enhancement in sports. She has worked as an educator and youth coach / mentor for over 20 years.
